Now, don't think it is healthy to take salad. It depends on how you dressed them up. Some salad dressings may be high in sugar. Fructose corn syrup, highly refined and processed oils, usually refined soybean oil or other polyunsaturated refined oils in your salad are inflammatory to the body. But still you must have some oils; just make sure your salad dressing has healthy ones that help to absorb the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from the vegetables. Oil your salad well!
