Yoga, a traditional physical and mental discipline originating in India, is said to be of various schools, namely Hatha Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raja Yoga and Bakti Yoga. All these schools were said to be free from elements of Hindu chanting and worship except for Bakti Yoga.
