Called it chiromency or cheiromancy if you like but palmistry, the art of predicting the future through the study of the palm,is fun! It is said that the art has its roots in India. The Hindu sage, Valmiki is said to have written a book, "The Teachings of Valmiki Maharshi on Male Palmistry". The art spread to China, Egypt, Persia and Europe. Anaxagoras, a Pre-Socratic Greek philosopher is said to have practised it.
