Just Like Leftovers

I haven't heard of overnight oats until my niece offered me some.I don't know how she prepared them but she probably soaked some raw oats overnight in almond milk, hemp milk, coconut milk, or Greek yogurt. These are all in liquid forms and they are absorbed by the oats which in turn, become soft. Overnight oats reportedly are healthy since they increase digestibility; and why not? Oats contains fibre besides, resistant starch. Overnight oats, some say tastes delicious, too; and If you ask me how they taste like;, well;  I assure you they taste just like oats and cold too; since it is left overnight - just like leftovers.
