Some Iranian Sweets

It was just time for tea when I visited a friend. The latter had just come back from a holiday in Iran and so, for tea we had Iranian sweets; one of it being sohan, the traditional Persian saffron brittle candy whose ingredients include wheat sprout, flour, egg yolks, rose water, sugar, butter or vegetable oil,  cardamom, slivers of almond and pistachio and of course, saffron.

Guess which one is sohan?
