Mantou in Curry

Mantou or Chinese steamed bun,  a soft type of steamed bread or bun is a popular staple in northern parts of China. There, they are made with milled wheat flour, water and leavening agents.  They ought to be made the same way here at home; but I'm sure in China, they don't eat them the way we do. Sometimes, we would dip our Mantou in curry!
