Peanut cooked in a solution of sugar or rock sugar could well turned out to be a delightful sweet creamy dessert. I heard the dessert is sold in the market in Penang and some people would even buy it at night for supper. So far, I only have the sweet peanut soup prepared at home and could have it for breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner and supper; never ever getting tired of it! Lucky me!
