On a hot afternoon, I dream of juicy, red water melons; maybe some other homemade goodies like yam cakes,cupcakes too; the simple sweet crepe made out of flour or the crunchy cempedak fritters or dumplings to munch on; even the simple fried noodles but all these were of feasts past. Chinese New Year is a few days away and there are lots of Chinese New Year cookies to pick and oranges too. I think I'll settle for an orange...
