Blue Rice

The rice is blue today; and fragrant too. Blue because of the blue from the bunga telang; and fragrant because of the fragrance from the daun pandan. Maybe, there's a trace of coconut milk in it too; and I swear I could just eat the blue rice as it is. But it does look even tastier with a dash of green from some stir-fried vegetables and a touch of red and white from a little chilli paste and some tofu. Now, I'll go for the fish...Yummmy...
