Health Post : Palm for Health

The length of an adult's palm rarely exceeds 20 cm I suppose; the average length of an adult male's hand being 19.304 centimetres when  measured from the tip of the longest finger to the crease under the palm while that for a female adult is 17.272 centimetres. In this small area though, there supposedly are a number of points where you can apply pressure to keep your health in check; said to be beneficial for heart and diabetic patient even.
