Food for Offerings

In the Korean TV series, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, the hero carries out a memorial service during the anniversary of his grandfather's death and a restaurant owner has one in memory of her late mother. Chinese do pay respect to the departed in the same way, with offerings of food each year on the day the loved one departed and during the Winter Solstice; but probably there's no specific rule on where to place the seafood, meat, vegetable dishes and fruits.  It's the Winter Solstice today and there are lots of food and wishes to go around. Happy Winter Solstice, everyone!

Greetings!
