Sunday Feast: Apam for Breakfast

Sunday morning and there was Ban Jian Kuih for breakfast! Ban Jian Kuih; the Malay called apam balik; otherwise known as Chinese Peanut Pancake isn't just pancake filled with chopped peanuts but there could be creamy corn and grated coconut filling in it too. Easily available as hawker fare in the market, the ones served  for breakfast were homemade and devoid of coconut, looked a bit burnt and of uneven sizes; but just as delicious!
