No, haven't seen these before; they looked like little boats filled with many good things to eat. When asked what they were, my niece who whipped them out on a Saturday morning said they were nuo mi chuan; which probably translated into glutinous rice boat; a very special cookie indeed for the coming Chinese New Year! You'd love the feel of the glutinous rice boat crumbling in your mouth, releasing its contents of nuts, oats and many other things to tingle your taste buds!
