Could not help but have a piece of the sweet, soft yummy cheesecakes; it was cool and that meant literally for the cheesecake had been kept in the fridge for some time now. All cheesecakes need to be refrigerated to prevent the growth of bacterias, the likes of salmonella and listeria. That would avoid food poisoning and diseases too, the likes of typhoid or listeriosis. Don't say you have not been warned.
