Crepe Confusion

Crepe, the thin pancake said to have originated in France looks ridiculously like the mi hun kueh 面粉粿 we had had at home. Thought the latter was a Chinese traditional food but the French crepe had been around since the 13th century and had long travelled round the world. Then, it is said that similar dishes exist in India in the form of dosa,  a crepe made of fermented rice batter and in Philippines, there is the daral made from ground glutinous rice and coconut milk batter. Then, I just discovered there is the Chinese mi hun kueh in noodle form, very unlike the homemade one. Amidst all these confusions, I think I'd just add some ice cream to the home made crepe or mi hun kueh 面粉粿 and topped it with corn to cool off.
