Just as Sweet

Made a cup of the 3-in-1 tea earlier in the morning; and later found a mug full of tea yet, courtesy from a relative who bought it from the nearby market. Consumers Association of Penang had advised against consuming 3-in-1 beverages. While cheap and convenient, they are said to be laden with excessive sugar. The tea from the market was just as sweet. Probably not as healthy too.
