Making Chinese Dumplings

Duanwu Jie 端午节 has just been over; but there were still many dumplings yet to savour. I'm sure there were still many more in the freezer even though many had been given away to relatives and friends. That I suppose was the advantage of making your own dumplings at home. Dumplings don't come cheap these days; heard one costs  RM 9 in the market and at that rate, there would not be as plentiful as if you make them yourself at home; that is if you have the capability and are hardworking enough to go through the hard work.
