One night, my nephew came back with boxes of egg tarts. Each egg tart was priced at Rm 5; rather expensive when the current rate is about Rm 3 but then, the said egg tarts were said to be currently popular in Kuala Lumpur. I immediately had one which was packed in a take away paper bag. The egg custard was thick and creamy and the outer pastry crust was well, crusty. Nice!
