Meat on Bones

Meat on sticks I've seen one time too many but meat on bones? Well, one doesn't see meat prepared thus unless one considers pork spare ribs as meat on bones. There is meat on the ribs cut from the lower portion of a pig; from the breastbone and strangely the belly too. Ribs, I thought serve to protect the lungs only but probably some parts managed to find their ways to the belly. Anyway, these ribs called paigu 排骨 are served in Chinese restaurants. While having lunch one afternoon, an acquaintance declared the ones we were having were tastier than those in her hometown in Klang. Well!
