Didn't even know that there's such thing as an International Health Day. Someone in a WhatsApp group wishes members a Happy Health Day and includes some health tips for senior citizens,among which are:
- Drink water all the time even if not thirsty; at least 2 liters per day since most health problems are due to lack of water in the body.
- Eat less but don't be deprived. Eating too much never brings any good.
- Walk, swim or be involved in any kind of sport as there should be movement of the body. Do not use the vehicle unless it is absolutely necessary. Walk or climb the stairs.
