Banana Green Tea

Banana Green Tea lowers your blood pressure. Mash a small banana (about 2.5 cm) in a Chinese mug. Add green tea to taste. Bring water to a fast boil and pour over the tea and banana. Cover the mug with its lid and leave to stand for two to three minutes.
