'Sightless' means not being able to see but that doesn't mean one cannot have a meaningful life. Take for instance the deafblind Helen Adams Keller- She became an author, writing several books including 'Story of my life' and 'Light in my darkness' and was even an outspoken political activist who spoke against wars. Blind and deaf people can speak up!
