Sungai Bakap is a laid back town in Seberang Perai Selatan. If it is food you are looking for, there is always the 'Chai Koay' and 'Duck Rice' which the little town is famous for. If it is man-made structures, then you would perhaps consider visiting the 140 years Chinese temple Kwong Hock Keong or maybe the just as old Kee Kongsi, said to be modelled after buildings from the Manchu era in China.
