Joy is taking a nap!

A hawker is caught taking a nap during the early morning. A nap is a brief sleep during the day and this is during the early morning when most of us are about to start our daily routine. Napping for 20 minutes is said to be beneficial. It purportedly refreshes the mind, improves the overall alertness, boosts mood and increases productivity. It's time we start napping!
