Imagine taking a walk in an open-air mall facing a great river! It would be rather hot I suppose in a tropical city like Bangkok; but my friends took a cab there around six and when night fell a little while later, the large mall facing the Chao Phraya River and Charoen Krung Road - Asiatique: The Riverfront, lit up like a fairy land; not exactly like the one in Danok but many times more exciting as there were many more people there and plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. While there, a friend grabbed a piece of bread to chomp on. It was stuffed with ice cream and topped with a generous helping of peanuts; very tempting...
