I like having lunch at Haadyai's Robinson Departmental Store especially on a hot afternoon when the sun is scorching hot. It's not that there aren't better or cheaper food elsewhere but it is really nice to lunch in the comfort of an air-conditioned spacious eating place after a long day out in the humid streets. I remember the food there were quite tasty when I was there with my friends the first time around. My friends probably had char siew fun and noodles. At that time, I was more game for pig's trotter rice, one of Haadyai's rice specialties, I heard. Yummy!
