Mutton has never been my type of meat, not for the family too. It has never been cooked at home and the few times I had had mutton was in Indian eating shops where mutton curries were served; or in Indian homes when I go visiting during Diwali. Indians love mutton, I suppose; so, when Khani came visiting, we went out to eat and I ordered mutton on a hot plate and a pot of lavender tea to go with it. Mutton has never tasted better!
