Lombok in West Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia; being an island with sea all round it, most certainly has seafood to offer. While there, a friend was adamant to have some local seafood; so, our driver and guide had for dinner, brought us to a restaurant by the sea; a rather big one with a nice garden and a relaxed ambience where we sat and dined. We were there rather early; the restaurant was not quite packed with us and the big group of locals just arriving. As the sky was not quite dark yet, we got to sneak to the beach to take some photos while dinner was being prepared. The seafood ordered must be grilled clams,lobsters; maybe fish too but except for the clams, the rest had been cut and charred beyond recognition. There were lots of coconut husks in the kitchen and it was most probable they used them in the cooking process.
