Yummies!

On Friday, for breakfast there were noodles, fish balls, carrots and some vegetables served in a light broth. Then there were also bak chang and ki chang; the traditional Chinese rice dish made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves otherwise known as Zongzi 粽子. On Saturday, there were more noodles with prawns and a dash of chilli added, giving the Chinese noodles a different flavour and an added zing. That was topped up with the delicious spiced pork tenderloin wrapped with crispy beancurd sheets, five-spice meat rolls; all this while known to me as lobak. Can't wait for more yummies on Sunday!
