Third day into Chinese New Year and there was a feast in store. No rice; just fried vermicelli and lots of dishes, fruits and a cake. A birthday cake made at home specially for a birthday girl; and a piece of it for me; and ice cream,too! Happy birthday and happy Chinese New Year!
