Duck noodles, I only had it in Thailand; most of the time at the eating shop hidden from the crowd in the heart of Hat yai; and once near Bangkok during a trip to Ayutthaya and Khao Yai. In Krabi, I remember our tourist guide took us out of town to a secluded palm oil plantation where we were served what else but duck noodles. Forgive me then if I think that duck noodles is a Thai specialty!
