A Western Lunch

Once in a blue moon, my niece would whip up her version of western food for the whole family. Instead of having rice and the usual, we'll have for lunch chicken chop and French fries of course. The chicken chop comes in a big piece; and it doesn't occur to me that Westerners cut their meat in big pieces while Chinese cut theirs into bite size; not until I chanced upon an article discussing the differences between Chinese and Western cooking. Now, can you figure out their other differences, I wonder...
