Sunday Feast : Sphaghetti and More!

Sunday feast is sphaghetti again and more! There's Chicken Maryland too, fishcakes and Loh Mai Kai 糯米鸡. Chicken Maryland is supposed to be the historic dish which has to do with the state of Maryland in USA. The dish of fried chicken in a creamy gravy isn't garnished with banana but there is a generous serving of green peas, onions and potatoes. Take that with a slice of orange and a piece of cheesecake and the fish cakes and Loh Mai Kai  have to be kept for later. Loh Mai Kai by the way is steamed glutinous rice with chicken, a popular dim sum dish in dim sum restaurants.
