Heavy rain and strong wind had caused the 2023 state-level Chap Goh Meh celebration in Penang on 5 February to be postponed to a later date. Thought that a coincidence. Had Bubur cha cha today, a day after Chinese New Year had ended. Bubur cha cha, the sweet Chap Goh Meh dessert is supposed to be eaten on the last day of Chinese New Year!
