Vegetable Curry

Curry is commonly served at home; chicken curry usually and rarely vegetable curry. The latter however is said to be well-loved by Malaysians especially since this Malaysian Chinese vegetable curry uses more turmeric powder and is less spicy. Then of course, one is spoilt for the many types of vegetables that could be used: potatoes, carrots, peas, cauliflower, bell peppers, sweet corn kernels, baby corn, broccoli, long beans, brinjals etc.
