Couldn't locate where the durians were but there was defintely the smell of the king of fruits in the air. My other niece had brought me lunch one day but she didn't say anything about bringing durians. She had packed the food in a two-tier tiffin carrier. When I opened it, there were prawns, bitter gourd fried with eggs and otak-otak in one tier and the rice in the bottom tier was covered with what else but durians! Recalled eating rice with durians when a kid.
