Barbecued chicken are just yummy, some more so depending on the spices or barbeque sauces used to marinate the chicken. Barbecued chicken are rather common in the market but this was the first time I had a locally prepared smoked BBQ chicken. The latter probably needed a smoker to smoke it and I read, it would take 3 to 4 hours to do the job. The one I bought did smell of smoke. The flesh was tender and juicy and the skin, not overly crispy but tasted of some unique spices.
