Then, I read that in Maryland, USA; Maryland chicken is fried chicken served with a cream gravy and garnished with banana. In some Chinese restaurants in the United Kingdom, Maryland Chicken consists of a breaded, deep fried chicken breast served not just with chips and bacon but also banana or pineaple fritter or both.
