Had breakfast already but jumped at the chance to savour the nasi lemak ikan bilis Ah Heng bought from a vendor operating at a roadside. Had preferred the one with anchovies and had picked it over the one with prawns. That was a mistake perhaps. The rice was not fragrant, a bit damp and there was no anchovy in the red blob of gravy. That was another nasi lemak letdown.
