Penang Food

Oh, so they say: Char koay teow is a MUST-eat street side food when in Penang. No doubt, white flat rice noodle.when stir-fried with chives, eggs, crunchy bean sprouts and prawns could taste heavenly; it probably depends too on who the cook is. In a trip to Penang, my niece and I had had some char koay teow, lobak and cendol packed to go from a stall in the touristy Penang Road. Of course, at such a place, the food was pricey but the sad thing was the food especially the char koay teow and lobak didn't match their reputation. Perhaps, when in Penang, one has to eat at the right place.

Do these look yummy? Which is cendol?
