Tasty meat dishes for the pick. Deep fried chicken and Chinese meat roll. The latter is also known as lobak or bak kien. Apparently, hokkien in Penang call Chinese meat roll, lobak but those in the mainland call it, bak kien. Will have a little of both and may top that up later with huat kueh. My Sarawak friend said huat kueh has been his favourite since a kid.
