Little Penang Street Market is a place where you can watch performing arts and shop for souvenirs. It is held in Upper Penang Street, near the old cemetery that housed Francis Light's tomb on the last Sunday of every month from 10.00am till 6.00pm.

Being indifferent is being unbiased. It does not matter one way or the other and that could be ground for wisdom and freedom if you equates that to equanimity which according to Buddhism, is one of the most sublime emotions.
