My nephew came back for a holiday in December. On Sunday, he treated the whole family to dinner in a Chinese restaurant that was a mere stone away from home. The dishes were mainly meat based; prawns, fish and meat mainly; no soup but surely there must be a plate of vegetables. I remember digging into one but never mind - The deep fried fish was bigger than normal and there were his usual favourite Mantis shrimps fried with dry chillies, onions and ginger and one fried with salted egg. Dinner was sumptuous no doubt but not very healthy, don't you think?
